Chinese baby who was rescued alive in a toilet pipe in Jinhua, china has been discharged and released into the care of his maternal grandparent. The child's mother is still being treated at the hospital, but has been cooperating with the investigation though the Chinese police are labeling it an 'accident' for the time being till they acquire evidence proving otherwise.

The mother claimed to have felt stomachache, gone to the toilet to ease herself which ended up in the baby sliding out. She tried bringing the baby out with a stick to no avail, gave up and flushed the kid down, who ended up being rescued later on.

A funny accident I must say.
