Lynxx is said to have broken bottles, grabbed Richard Bennet by the lapel and threatened to kill the man if he doesn't apologize to his relative, this fracas led to the night club 'Ntycee Lounge and Restaurant' getting closed for the night.
Lynxx and his men regrouped at the club's gate and reportedly beat Bennet up..
A copy of the medical report from the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, Ikeja where the claimant was admitted said, “he was seriously beaten up by a group of people, and was hit with iron rod in the head, with severe pain and bruises over his body."
