Irony.. Just minutes after Presidential declare, Boko Haram still strikes??

"We will hunt them down, fish them out and bring them to justice. No matter what it takes, we will win this war against terror"..
Could it be a show of total lack of fear or just plain ridicule to the presidential seat for just minutes after the president declared a state of emergency in three northern states, Borno included, the Boko sect gunned down and killed Reverend Faye Pama, secretary to CAN (Christian Association of Nigeria) in Borno.
 Something drastic has to be done in this country...like right now!!
