Bayern Munich Finally break 'Second-place' Jinx!

This year's Champions league final staged at the Wembley Stadium was termed 'The Nazi Invasion' and it was a match worth the time, and Arjen Robben really proved his dire need for the trophy before he retires.
More pictures after the cut.

Bayern Munich matchwinner Arjen Robben: "I can't put it into words. I have so many emotions. Last year was such a disappointment and in the last four years we've been to three finals - it needed to happen! But we still had to do it. My whole career went through my mind when I scored, it is such a special feeling you can't describe it.
"You don't want to be a loser every time, coming always in second place. We deserved to win it. I have dreamt about it many times. Everybody I spoke to before the game said it was our night and I had a great feeling.
"We knew after last season what needed to be done to improve and that is what we did. We are already going into the history books but now we can win the treble."

Yeah right! they really needed to break that losing spell, had they lost they really would have had the need to see a 'Jinx breaker' .lol
Jupp Heynckes
Jupp Heynckes, Bayern’s 68-year-old coach, might be the biggest winner today. A World Cup and European champion as a player in the 1970s, he just won his second Champions League crown — he also won with Real Madrid with 1998. It could also complete a treble for Bayern, which won the league and is in the German Cup final.
And it comes in his final game before handing over the keys to the company Mercedes to Pep Guardiola, who was long ago named his successor — before he won the league, before his team destroyed a Guardiola-built Barcelona in the semifinals, before he capped it all off with a win tonight.

Jurgen Klopp
Borussia Dortmund boss Jurgen Klopp: "First of all congratulations to Bayern, as they won. After the game, you have to respect the result.
"We deserved to be in the final, we showed this tonight. That is not the most important thing, but it is important."

I really supported Borussia Dortmund for the trophy, but seeing Bayern's unrelentless style of play?? I just had to give to them. Congrats Bayern!!
