My childhood dream was to become a medical doctor, however, upon applying to the school of Medicine, I was instead accepted into the University of Benin City to study Crop Science. In my second year, I wanted to switch to the department of Microbiology, but sadly, after accepting me into the department, it did not work out and I was made to return to the department of Crop Science. I did not stop there, I took the jamb examination for the second time passed, and took the post UME. However, I was 2 marks short of the cut off point for Medicine, scoring 138 of 140. Shockingly, when I got my admission letter for the second time, I was given the same Crop Science. I accepted it and decided to do well in whatever I studied, as I was taught. My efforts were rewarded and I graduated with a first class degree with a G.P.A of 4.52 and was awarded the best graduating student in the department, in 2010.

When the news first broke, a lot of people vilified her. It was reported that she wanted to get rid of what many would describe as a bundle of joy. People thus wondered why a 22-year-old undergraduate would try to flush away her baby in one of the toilets in Moremi Hall, her hall of residence at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State.

Without clarifying the circumstances that led to the delivery in the toilet, they went on to social media networks,  putting on trial Miss Oyinlola Rotimi, the 400-Level student of Agricultural Extension and Rural Sociology at OAU, who delivered a baby boy on Wednesday.

Brazilian who made his face look like a dog, via plastic surgery. Jeez.

I have heard of people going through facial surgery to look like their Idols and mentors, I never believed anyone would go as far as making himself look like a dog, that's a new definition of crazy.

I cannot vouch for the credibility of the story but most of it sounds true, the Brazilian offered an unknown sum of money to doctors to replace his face with a dog's facial features. The doctors replaced the man's facial features, like ear, nose, lips and eyebrows with parts obtained from severed head of a dead dog.The man is being called a man-dog after he went for the weird surgery.

Alex Minsky is a 24-year-old U.S. Marine whose right leg was amputated by a roadside bomb in 2009 while he was serving in Afghanistan. Minsky spent 47 days in a coma and suffered traumatic brain injuries and severe burns to his body from the explosion.
